An Ordinance to repeal and replace the Po Leung Kuk Incorpora-
tion Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
L This Ordinance may be cited as the Po Leung Kuk Ordinance 1973.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires —–—–
"advisory board" means the board established by virtue of
paragraph 18 of the Schedule:
"annual general meeting" means the annual general meeting of
the corporation;
"board" means the board of directors established by paragraph 5
of the Schedule:
"chairman" means the chairman of the board;
