Section 10(2) is amended by deleting "an authorized auditor to be appointed by the Board, not being a member or ex- member of the Board, from the list of authorized auditors kept by the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the provisions of section 131 of the Companies Ordinance and such auditor" and sub- stituting the following-
"a professional accountant holding a practising certificate as provided in the Professional Accountants Ordinance, not being a member or ex-member of the Board, who".

The Regulations are amended- (a) in regulation 3. by deleting "any par- son, whose name is entered in the authorized liat kept in accordance with section 131 of the Companies Ordin- ance," and substituting the following-
"any professional accountant hold- ing a practising certificate as pro- vided in the Professional Account- ants Ordinance";
(8)'in regulation 4, by deleting paragraph (8) and substituting the following~~
"(b) where be is satisfied that such person is no longer a profes- sional accountant holding z practising certificate as pro- vided
the Professional Accountants Ordinance; or*,

Regulation 2() is amended by deleting "ap auditor whose name is contained in Part of the authorized list kept under section 131 of the Companies Ordinance." and substituting the following-
"as auditor a professional accountant bolding A practising certificate provided in the Professional Account- ants Ordinance.".
