An Ordinance to amend the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Cross-Harbour Tunnel (Amendment) Ordinance 1973,

The principal Ordinance is amended in Part I by adding, after section 3, the following new section-
"Proof of plan.
3A. (1) In any prosecution for an offence against this Ordinance, a copy of the plan, certified by the Director to be a copy of such plan, shall be conclusive proof of the tunnel area.
(2) Any such copy purporting to be certified by the Director shall be deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been certified by him.".
Short title.
