An Ordinance to amend the District Court Ordinance and to
make related amendments to other Ordinances.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the District Court (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1973, and shall come into opera- tion on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Sections 32, 33, 34, 37(1), 41 and 52(1)(a) and (d) of the principal Ordinance are amended by deleting "ten thousand dollars" in each place where it occurs and substituting the following-
"twenty thousand dollars".
