An Ordinance to amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
L This Ordinance may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1)
(a) by inserting, after the definition of "Commissioner", the
following new definitions-
*"construction work" means—-—
(4) the construction, erection, installation, reconstruction, repair, maintenance (inclu- ding redecoration and external cleaning).
