An Ordinance to amend the Labour Tribunal Ordinance 1972 and
the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance 1972.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Labour Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.
2. Section 4(3) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "section 2 of the Promissory Oaths Ordinance" and sub- stituting the following-
"section 17 of the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance 1972".
3. The Third Schedule to the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance 1972 is amended by deleting-
"District Judge Magistrate
The Oaths to be tendered by a Judge.",
