(3) The Rules of the Supreme Court are amended in the heading to rule 3 of Order 91 and in rules 3 and 4(1) of Order 91 by deleting "Infants Custody Ordinance" and substituting the following-
"Guardianship of Minors Ordinance 1972".

An Ordinance to amend the Immigration Ordinance.
[1st September. 1972]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.
Short title.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of inserting, after the definition of "immigrant", the following-
section 2. (Cap. 115)

“immigration assistant" means any member of the Immigra- tion Service of the rank of immigration assistant;".
3.
Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

in subsection (6) by inserting-
(i) after immigration officer", the following-
"or immigration assistant";
