offence was committed, and to imprisonment for six months, and on indictment a fine of ten thousand dollars and treble the amount of the tax and to imprisonment for three years" and substituting the following-
"a further fing of treble the amount of tax which has been undercharged in consequence of the offence or which would have been undercharged if the offence has not been delected, and to imprisonment for six months, and on indictment a fine of ten thousand dollars and a further fine of treble the amount of tax so undercharged or which would have been so undercharged and to imprisonment for three years".
