(4) The Commissioner may seek the advice of any such association or any matter relating to the welfare and condi- tions of service of all or any police officers.
(5) An association established or recognized under sub- section (3) shall not be a trade union for the purposes of this section or of any other law.”.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Order (Amend- Short title.
ment) Ordinance 1972.
1. The principal Ordinance is amended in the heading to Part V by adding after “INTIMIDATION" the following-
