Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation (Amendment) Ordinance 1972 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting the full stop at the end of the definition of “visitor" and substituting a semicolon and by adding after the definition of "visitor" the following definition—
"young person" means a person who has not attained the
age of nineteen years.".
