2. A claim for contribution under section 26(2).

Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, the tribunal shall not have jurisdiction to hear and determine a claim for a sum of money, or other wise in respect of a cause of action, founded in tort whether arising from a breach of contract or a breach of a duty imposed by a rule of common law or by any enactment.

An Ordinance to amend the Telecommunication Ordinance.
[1st April, 1972.]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Commencement
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunication Short title and (Amendment) Ordinance 1972, and shall come into operation on the 1st April 1972.
2. Section 8(4) of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in paragraph (a), by deleting "or";
(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the full stop at the end
thereof and substituting a semicolon; and
(c) by inserting after paragraph (6) the following new para-
graphs-
"(c) any television receiver; or
(d) any material or component part of a television
teceiver.".
