WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION (RULES OF COURT) (AMENDMENT) RULES 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the following rules-
1. These rules may be cited as the Workmen's Compensa Citation. tion (Rules of Court) (Amendment) Rules 1971.
1. The principal rules are amended by adding after rule 3 the following new rule-
"Applica tions under pari NILA of the Ordinance.
3A. For the purposes of an application to the court under Part IIIA of the Ordinance, these rules shall apply, so far as is applicable, as if an employer's fiability to pay for the cost of supplying and fitting a prosthesis or surgical appliance were a liability to pay compensation in accordance with the Ordinance.".

Explanatory Note.

the principal rules to be applied in respect of an application under Part IIIA of the Ordinance.
