Section 17.
NOTICE.
1. An import manifest or other document relating to the import of any cargo into Hong Kong shall, from the 1st January 1972, contain the following particulars of the cargo-
(a) the number, description, gross weight or gross volume of
the package or packages containing the articles:
(b) the distinguishing marks or numbers appearing on each
such package;
(c) a description of the articles contained in each such
package;
(d) the name and address of the consignor of each such
package:
(e) the name and address of the consignee of each such
package:
( the place at which each such package was loaded in or
on to the vessel, aircraft or vehicle;
(g) the reference number and letters of the bill of lading issued in respect of the consignment of each such package: (h) a clear indication whether or not the cargo is tranship-
ment cargo:
(0 the import licence number, where applicable.
2. An export manifest or other document relating to the export of any cargo from Hong Kong shall, from the (91 January 1972, contain the following particulars of the cargo-...
(a) the number, description, gross weight or gross volume of
the package or packages containing the articles:
(6) the distinguishing marks or numbers appearing on each
