PRISONS ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 234).
PRISONS (DISCONTINUANCE OF TONG FUK PRISON) ORDER 1972.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order—
1. This order may be cited as the Prisons (Discontinuance of Tong Fuk Prison) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 1972.

The Tong Fuk Prison shall cease to be used for the purpose of a prison.
3. The Schedule to the Prisons Order is amended by deleting "Tong Fuk Prison".
