MAGISTRATES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 227).
MAGISTRATES (FORMS) (AMENDMENT) RULES 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Magistrates Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the following rules-
1. These rules may be cited as the Magistrates (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1971 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (No. 4) Ordinance 1971.

The Schedule to the principal rules is amended-
(a) in Form 67 by deleting "next criminal sessions of the
Supreme Court to be holden on/about
and substituting the following-
"Supreme Court.";
(b) in the CoNDITION ENDORSED on Form 79 and Form 80–
(i) by deleting "next criminal sessions of the"; and
(ii) by inserting after "Court" the following-
"on such date as the Registrar may appoint":
(c) in Form 81 and Form 82-
(i) by deleting "next criminal sessions of the": (ii) by inserting after "Court" the following—–
"on such date as the Registrar may appoint,”; and (iii) by deleting "Tor as the case may be].":
(d) in the Condition EndorRSED on FORM 88 and Form 89 by deleting "criminal sessions of the Supreme Court to be holden on or about the
day of 19 and at every adjournment thereof" and substituting the following---

"Supreme Court on such date as the Registrar may appoint":
(e) in FORM 92-
(i) by deleting "next criminal sessions of the":
