STAMPING AND DENOTING OF DOCUMENTS
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Stamp Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations----
1. These regulations may be cited as the Stamping and Denoling of Documents (Amendment) Regulations 1971.
1. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by
deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following
"{c} Class fil-
() Head 3 (which specifics agreements and memoranda of agreements).
(ii) Head 4 (which specifies agreements and con- tracts for hire purchase).”.
