(c) in Table D, by deleting "that required by by-law 7.02(1)el" in the item "Reinforced Concrete Beams" and substituting the following--

The purpose of the regulations is to make consequential amendments, which do not alter the law, to the five sels of regulations specified in the Schedule. All the amendments will be incorporated in the 1971 edition of the Buildings Ordinance and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
