(Chapter 281).
MERCHANT SHIPPING (TYPHOON SHELTERS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made
the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Ciration.
(Typhoon Shelters) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1971.
2. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting at the end the following---
"Aldrich Bay Typhoon Shelter”.

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended
to indicate their general purport).

These regulations make Aldrich Bay Typhoon Shelter a typhoon
shelter for the purposes of the principal regulations.
