The above dues are for services rendered between sunrise and sunset.
If the whole or part of the services are rendered between sunset and sunrise the said dues in the respective cases shall be doubled.
The above dues include all costs incurred by a pilot in travelling to and from a ship.".

to the Pilots Regulations which prescribe a scale of fees in respect of pilotage services.
