of Police and such other persons as may from time to time be nominated by the Governor. (In 1962 the Director of Social Welfare was nominated as a member of the beard) It has been found that membership of the board of review imposes excessively heavy demands on the time of the Heads of Departments referred to. The purpose of these regulations is to provide that representatives of the heads of these Departments may act as altermale members of the Board to the Departmental heads.

SPECIFICATION OF PUBLIC OFFICE.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance. the Governor hereby specifies the public office mentioned in the first column of the Schedule bereto for the purpose of the regulations mentioned opposite such public office in the second column of the Schedule hereto.
