Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the Order),
The Rules regulating appeals from Hong Kong to the Privy Council cooler a right of appeal from any final judgment where the matter in dispute of claim amounts to $3,000 or upwards. This Order, increases that amount to $50,000. It also increases the maximum security that may be requited from an appellan for the due prosecution of an appeal, and for any costs awarded against him, from $15,000 to $30,000.

DANGEROUS GOODS (SIIPPING) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1971,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (Shipping) (Amendment) Regulations 1971.
2. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Part 1 by inserting after "The wharf at Tsing Yi Island (South) belonging to Peninsular Electric Power Co. Ltd.” the following--
"The wharf at Ap Lei Chau belonging to The Shell Company of Hong Kong Ltd.".
