RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under Dependent Territories Regulation 228 on the 21s1 July 1971.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that this Council approves the estab- lishment of a suspense account, to be known as "The Colonial Treasurer Incorporated Suspense Account". which shall be employed to enable the Colonial Treas- urer Incorporated to deal with the regrant or redewal of Crown Leases and manage the properties comprised therein and such account shall not at any time be in debt to an amount exceeding $20,000,000.00,
