BUILDINGS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 123),
BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1971,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Buildings Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Building (Adminis- tration) (Amendment) Regulations 1971 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Buildings (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.
2. Regulation 42 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after item 4 in the first, second, third and fourth columns and as shown hereunder, the following—
"4A. For inclusion in the
register of ventilation contractors of the name
of a registered ventila-
tion contractor.
Registered ventila- tion contractor,
$25".
3. Regulation 45 of the principal regulations is amended

Amendment of
by deleting "and registered escalator contractor" and substituting regulation 45. the following
" registered escalator contractor and registered ventilation Contractor".
4. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after Form 7, the following-
