(Chapter 106).
TELECOMMUNICATION (REDIFFUSION LICENCE) (AMENTEMENT) ORDER 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1A) of section 34 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has, with the consent in writing of Rediffusion (Hoog Kong) Limited, made the following order-
1. (1) This order may be cited as the Telecommunication (Rediffusion Licence) (Amendment) Order 1971.

(2) Paragraph 3 shall come into operation on the 1st April
(3) Paragraph 4 shall come into operation on the 1st April 1972.
(4) Paragraph S shall come into operation on the 1st May 1972.
Citation and
2. In this order "licence" means the licence to establish a wired television service granted by the Governor in Council to Rediffusion (Hong Kong) Limited on the 5th March 1957.
3. Clause 2 of the licence is amended by deleting the words from "a sum equal to" to the end of the clause and substituting the following-
"the sum of three dollars, less a discount of ten per cent.",
4. Clause 5 of the licence is amended by deleting subclause (2)(a).
5. The licence is amended by deleting clause 2.
