ALLOWANCES TO JURORS ORDER 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Jury Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-

This order may be cited as the Allowances to Jurors

1. Order 1971.

2 (1) The allowance payable under subsection (1) of section 31 of the Ordinance to a person who serves as a juror shall be twenty-five dollars in respect of each day during the whole or part of which he serves as a juror.

(2) The rate of allowance which may be paid under sub- section (2) of section 31 of the Ordinance to a person who serves as a juror shall not exceed twenty-five dollars in respect of each day during the whole or part of which he serves as a juror.
