Amendment of section B$.
4. Section 27 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting "particular session at which the accused person will be brought to trial on the indictment and the date of commencement thereof" and substituting the following—
"date on which the accused person shall attend before the court to answer to the indictment".
5. Section 85 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting "As soon as conveniently may be after the conclusion of each session" and substituting the following-

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting “in every session"; and
