An Ordinance to amend the Contracts for Overseas Employment
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Contracts for Over- seas Employment (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by insert- ing, after "Ordinance", the following-

other than the power conferred on him by paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 10,”.
Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso by deleting paragraph (b) thereof and substituting the following-
(1962, & 31.)
"(b) persons proceeding to the United Kingdom for the purpose of employment there who are in possession of-
(i) a current voucher issued for the purpose of section 2 of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act 1962
