98A. (1) The Attorney General may, by order published in the Guzette, rectify any clerical or prim- ing error appearing in any Ordinance, not being an Ordinance contained in a booklet prepared under the authority of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordin- ance 1965,
(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Council without unreasonable delay, and, if a resolution is passed at the next sitting of the Legislative Council held after the sitting at which the order is so laid that the order be annulled, it shall thenceforth be void, but withoul prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder, or to the making of a new order,”.

An Ordinance to amend the Trade Union Registration Ordinance,
1 Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trade Union Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1971, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazerre.
3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "Union Registration" and substituting the following-
**Unions".
3. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by inserting, before the definition of "employee". the
following definitions-
"branch" means any number of members of a trade
union who have in accordance with the con- stitution of the trade union appointed their
