An Ordinance to amead further the Interpretation and General
Clauses Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Interpretation and General Clauses (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.
2. Section 44 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1)-
(a) in paragraph (c), by deleting "and" at the end thereof; tby in paragraph (d), by deleting the full stop at the end
thereof and substituting the following—
