An Ordinance to amend the Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.
I. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
"Adminis- tration of the fund.
5.
(1) The fund shall be administered by a committee to be known as the Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund Committee which shall consist of-
(a) the Secretary for Home Affairs who shall be
the chairman of the committee;
(b) a son of Li Po Chun who shall be appointed
by the Governor; and
