An Ordinance to amend the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and
Procedure) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and Procedure) (Amendment) Ordinance 1970 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette,
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the definition of "Code".
3, Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Section (1) by deleting "Code or by any other rules" and sub- stituting the following-
