An Ordinance to amend the Hawker Control Force Ordinance.
[4th December, 1970]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hawker Control Force (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in the definition of "Commandant" by deleting "any person for the time being acting as Commandant" and substituting the following-
"the Deputy Commandant of the Force":
(b) in the definition of "Director", by deleting "any Assist-
ant" and substituting the following--
"the Deputy":
(c) by inserting, after the definition of "Director" the follow-
ing-
disciplinary tribunal" means a tribunal appointed
by the Director under section 10A;";
