An Ordinance to amend further the Pensions Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1970.
(2) Section 4 shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
24 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by inserting, after the definition of "public service" the following-
* "Public Services Commission" means the Public Services Commission established, by the Public Services Commission Ordinance:**
