An Ordinance to amend the Drug Addicts Treatment and
Rehabilitation Ordinance.
[24th July, 1970]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug Addicts Treat- ment and Rebabilitation (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the definition of "registered medical practitioner".
3. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following-
"(1) The Governor may appoint— (a) a medical practitioner; or
