An Ordinance to amend further the Road Traffic Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by...
(a) inserting in paragraph (c), after the word “passengers",
the following-
"including intending passengers";
(b) inserting, after paragraph (c), the following new para-
graph-
"(cc) the appointment of authorized officers to regulate
and control-
()the driving and use of public cars, taxis and public light buses; and
