10. Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
in subsection (1) by deleting "within the scope of this Ordinance" and substituting the following-
"to which this Ordinance for the time being applies": (b) in subsection (2), by inserting, after “in any church", the
following-
"to which this Ordinance for the time being applics", (c) in subsection (3), by inserting, after "in a church", the
following-
"to which this Ordinance for the time being applies".
11. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that any annual church meeting held, prior to the commencemeat of the Church of England Trust (Amendment) Ordinance 1970, pur- suant to regulation 17 of the Church of England Trust (Church Councils) Regulations shall be deemed to have been validly and properly held notwithstanding
(a) that such meeting was not held before the 15th February
as required by the said regulation 17:
(b) that at such meeting the provisions of the rules of pro- cedure for church councils contained in the Appendix to the Church of England Trust (Church Councils) Regula- tions were not complied with.

SHORT TITLE AND INTERPRETATION.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Multi-storey Build- ings (Owners Incorporation) Ordinance 1970.
Short title.
In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires Interpretation.
"administrator" means a person appointed as an administrator
under section 30 or 31;
