An Ordinance to amend further the Importation and Exportation
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Importation and Exportation (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (1) by-
(1) deleting the colon in paragraph (e) and substituting a semicolon:
(ii) deleting the proviso to paragraph (e); and
(iii) deleting paragraph (†) and substituting the follow- ing paragraphs-
