Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
PART I
PRELIMINARY.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Royal Hong Kong Short title. Auxiliary Air Force Ordinance 1970.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires Interpretation. "active service” means, in addition to the meaning ascribed to it
in section 222 of the Air Force Act, service when called out under section 13 or 14 of this Ordinance;

"Air Force Act" means the Air Force Act, 1955; "appointments" includes accoutrements and equipment of every
kind other than clothing:
"Commanding Officer" means the Commanding Officer of the Force appointed by the Governor under this Ordinance:
