An Ordinance to amend further the Public Health and Urban
Services Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 55 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (f) of subsection (1) by deleting "analysis" and sub- stituting the following-
"any analysis or bacteriological or other examination",
3. Section 63 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (I)-
(a) by deleting the full stop at the end thereof and substitut-
ing a colon; and
