Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
PART 1.
PRELIMINARY.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Rent and Premium (Apportionment) Ordinance 1970.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires... "determined Crown rent" means the sum determined by the Land Officer under section 5 or 12 as the Crown rent payable in respect of a section or a relevant interest;
