An Ordinance to amend further the Companies Ordinance,
[8th May, 1970.]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amend- ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1970.
2. Section 265 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in subsection (1)—–
(i) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following new paragraph-
"(2) all statutory debts due from the company to the Crown at the relevant date and which became due and payable within twelve months next before that date:”:
