Consequential amendment. (Cap. 133)
3. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 3 the following new section——
"Power of Governor to grant exemptions.
3A. The Governor may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any place of public entertainment from the provisions of this Ordinance or from the conditions of any licence.".
4. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2)—
(a) by inserting after "any poster" the following-

picture, figure or the text of any advertisement"
(6) by inserting after "such poster" the following-

Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)—
(a) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following new
paragraph--
"(aa) the transfer of any such licence;";
(5) in paragraph (g) by-
(i) inserting after "a place of public entertainment” the following-
"or a proposed place of public entertainment";
(ii) inserting after "the Building Authority" the following-
"the Director of Fire Services and the Director of Marine, and any public officer authorized by them in that behalf.”.
6. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following-

(3) This section shall not apply to the Film Censor- ship Regulations.".
Section 41 of the Buildings Ordinance is amended by inserting, after subsection (3), the following new subsection-→
(4) The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to any temporary building to be kept or used as a place of public entertainment.".
