that, in accordance with the provisions of Colonial Regulation 223(2)(a), the Governor may sanction additional expenditure (on his own responsibility pending covering approval of the Finance Committee of this Council) where the total required under any individual subhead does not exceed the sum specifled in the third column of the Schedule to this Resolution,

that, in accordance with Colonial Regulation 223(2)(c), authority is conferred upon the Governor to delegate such of the powers conferred upon him by Colonial Regulation 223(2)(a) and by this Resolution as are specified in the Schedule to this Resolution, to the extent specified in the third column thereof, to the public officers specified in the fourth column thereof and subject to such conditions, exceptions and qualifications as the Governor may prescribe,

that, in accordance with Colonial Regulation 223(2)(c), authority is conferred upon the Governor to delegate any of the powers conferred on him by Colonial Regulation 223(2)(b) to the Financial Secretary and the Deputy Financial Secretary
