Industrial Training Advisory Committee recommendation made in August 1969 for the establishment of two Technical Institutes in 1971 and a further two in 19722 Is Government

aware that there is a most urgent need for these to be completed by the dates stated and, in view of the importance and pressing needs of this level to technical education, will Government give the utmost priority to these projects?
