DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1969,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1969,
1. Regulations 84(6)8). 92(6)(6), 99(6X5). 139(6)(b). 153(6Kb), 159(5)(b), 170(5)(b) and 176(6)(b) of the principal regula- tions are amended by deleting sub-sub-paragraph (i) in each case and substituting therefor the following—
"(D) for use in and for the purposes of a hospitai or maternity home in respect of which a person is
(cso. 1699 registered under the Hospitals. Nursing Homes and
Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance;".

The above Regulations make consequential amendments to the prin- cipal regulations because of amendments made to the terminology of the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance
(Chapter 165) by the Nursing and Maternity Homes Registration (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1966 (No. 17 of 1966).
