4. Under regulation 5, the Dental Council is, if it is satisfied at any time by any complaint or information received by it that an enrolled dental hygienist does not have the necessary qualifications or has shown that he is not a fit and proper person to practise as a dental hygienist, empowered to delete his name from the roll and order him to cease to practise as a dental hygienist
5. Regulation 6. Paragraph (1) of this regulation prescribes the forms of dental work which may be carried out by a dental hygienist. This work may only be carried out if he is employed by a registered dentist (defined in paragraph (4)), the patient has first been examined by a registered dentist who has prescribed the necessary treatment and the dental work is carried out under the direction of the dentist and under suitable conditions (paragraphı (2) ), A dental hygienist who carries out the limited forms of dental work prescribed in paragraph (1) in accordance with the conditions specified. in paragraph (21 is exempted, under para- graph (3) from the prohibitions contained in the Ordinance in respect of the practice of dentistry by persons other than registered dentists,

本科們長牙斷(註冊)條的第二十九妝面翻訂,皆在對一批定名爲 牙齒保健自之步科輔助人員之註冊辦及工作範圍加以規定。
規們第三款規定,任何人士,如持有由英國補生部大臣發給之口腔衛生 不到 ,甘接受規定期間之训疎並獲得香港腳管理會所認可之其他證書 者,均有兼格向委員會申請註冊為牙齒保性。

DUTTABLE COMMODITIES (MARKING AND COLOURING OF HYDROCARBON OILS) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dutiable Com- moditics (Marking and Colouring of Hydrocarbon Oils) (Amend- ment) Regulations 1969.

Citation.
Amendment of
Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the definition of "treated oil" and substituting the regulation 2. following-
**"treated oil" means light diesel oil to which markers and colouring substance have been added as provided by these regulations.",
3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after "sold" the following—–

"or supplied".
Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended- (a) in paragraph (b) by inserting after "marker" the
following-
"or colouring substance"; and
(b) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following- *(d) import, buy, sell or otherwise deal in, or have in his possession or under his control, any light diesel oil to which has been added any sub. stance which is calculated to impede the identi- fication of any marker or colouring substance or from which agy marker or any colouring substance has been removed.".
