IMMIGRATION (CONTROL AND OFFENCES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Immigration (Control and Offences) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Control and Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1969.

Regulation 16 of the principal regulations is amended
being renumbered as paragraph (1) thereof; and inserting the following new paragraph-
"(2) Any fee payable unter paragraph rin respect of a visa may be remitted or refunded by the Director in such cases Governor pedy diator.”.
