SANITATION AND CONSERVANCY (NEW TERRITORIES) REGULATIONS (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation of the Sanitation and Conservancy (New Territories) Regulations, the Governor hereby appoints the 1st day of September 1969 as the day on which the said regulations shall come into operation.
