DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 196).
DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following order-
1. This order may be cited as the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1969.
2. The First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended- (a) in Part 1, by deleting "Note.—(1) All Latitudes are N. and Longitudes E." and substituting the following-
"Nove-(1) All Latitudes are N. and Longitudos. E. Latitudes and Longitudes are taken from Admiralty Charts Nos. 937 and 938.": (b) in Part II, by deleting "Note. All Latitudes are N. and Longitudes are E. Latitudes and Longitudes are taken from Admiralty Chart No. 1180." and substituting the following-
"Note. All Latitudes are N. and Longitudes are E. Latitudes and Longitudes are taken from Admiralty Charts Nos. 937 and 938"; and
(c) in Part III, by deleting "(2) Latitudes and Longitudes are taken from Admiralty Chart No. 1180." and substituting the following-
"(2) Latitudes and Longitudes are taken fipm Admiralty Charts Nos.97 and 938,”

Explanatory Note.

The order makes formal amendments of the First Schedule to the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance consequential upon revision of the Admiralty Charts covering the arcas specified in that Schedule.
