L. This licence is the property of Government and must be framed and
exhibited inside the structure in a conspicuous position.

Any structure erected on the land to which this licence relates shall, Except for supports and beams, be made of metal sheets or other fire resisting material and maintained in a good state of repair to the satisfaction of the competent authority,
The licensee shall-
(a) upon the grant of this licence, pay the fee for the ensuing three months in advance, and shall pay the fee in advance for every three months thereafter on the appropriate days specified in this licence;
(6) affix to this licence a photograph of himself and any person(s)
authorized by him to run the business.
The licensee shall not----
(a) permit any person other than a caretaker (who may be the licensee) and those members of his family who are shown on this licence as living on the site to reside in any structure on the land to which this licence relates without the permission in writing of an authorized officer;
(b) assign, sublet or transfer any part of the land or any structure on the land to which this licence relates without the permission in writing of an authorized officer:
(e)
use any structure on the land to which this licence relates for any purposes other than that authorized by this licence without the permission in writing of an authorized officer;
(d) alter or make any additions to any permitted structure of ercel any new structure on the land to which this licence relates without the permission in writing of an authorized officer;
(e) carry out any sile formation required in connexion with any structure to be erected on the land to which this licence relates in such a manner as to endanger any adjacent structure;
(A do or permit to be done on the land to which this licence relates or in any structure on such land anything which might be or become a nuisance, annoyance of disturbance to the occupiers of other structures in the neighbourhood;
(g) permit to be brought on to the land to which this licence relates any arms, ammunition, gun-powder, fireworks or other explosive
or inflammable goods (other than a reasonable quantity of kerosene or other approved fuel);
the change the business specified in this licence without the permission
in writing of an authorized officer.

四。時避人不得有下開事項:
(甲) 索得當局所授權人員之書面許可而容許任何人在本證所指之土地上之任 何健繁物內居住,惟證內觀明在地居住之蓉守人(看守人與按讚 人可能闭席一人〕及其家屬則不在此限:
(乙) 未得谧局所授權人國之書面許可而將本按所指之土地之任何部份能波地

湖危及任何鄰近建築物者;
【己自行或容許他人在本證所指之十地上或在該地上任何起築物內作任何会 人討厭,或有所妨區或區擾之事情而影响其惟鄰近建築物內之居住人者;
(庚)容杵任何武器・藥火型爆竹花越其他炸薬実機品物(合理
散隆之大水或其他离可之燃料除外,帶入本瑄所指之土地範圍內;
【辛) 未得當時所發人員之書面許可面如營未經本帶路可之任何$ 9
